Starting from the dyeing of fabrics on rope: it includes two models, complementary both in their technical features and applications: the first one belongs to the MF series which, in the H version, widens the range of treatable loads; the second one belongs to the reel less SP series, particularly delicate and suitable for medium-light loads of both knitted and woven fabrics. All the machines are equipped with the new CDVC system for speed/ torque dynamic control, with a new three-agent PH control as well as with a new and integrated speed, couple (MF series), level, and nozzle pressure and intake valve adjustment system.
The line concerning the dyeing of open-width fabrics includes the latest generation of our TS series for fabric dyeing on beam and for knitted fabrics with high elastomer content too. The HHD model is meant for dyeing very high density fabrics and, thanks to the latest process control systems (SCR 5000 3D), to new introduction and dosing products systems as well as to a new PH control system and to a totally new Software for handling pumps with different hydraulics, it offers high flexibility for the processing of both high and low density fabrics.
The line is integrated with an innovative NC06 winding system that, in the W+D version, defines a totally new and unmatchable standard.
The open width and continuous preparation line of our ELTEX W has set new standards in the optimization of continuous processes for stretch knitted fabrics, allowing the development of the version for rigid woven and stretch fabrics with high elastomer content.
The line concerning yarn dyeing on package is the most innovative one and it is systematically updated. The consolidated HPF-HS version with Flex 10 and Flex D is equipped with all the new dosing and process control systems, already installed on TS series. Moreover, the new Software associated with HPF-HS functions ensures processing on synthetic yarns - even at very high tenacity - on twisted wools and cashmere or on stretch yarns with an even more increased reproducibility and evenness.
The Lab Monitor section for R&D activities and for the sampling of yarns on packages, open width fabrics and fabrics on rope small lots allows to further increase the efficiency indexes (right first), reproducibility (mix and match), and quality of all Noseda machines equipped with HPF-HS, acquaZERO, SCR 5000 3D technologies and with the ones derived therefrom.
